Theme Policies

These Theme Policies govern the purchase, licensing, and use of all digital themes, templates, and related products (“Themes”) provided by Rebekka Rustad / Visuals by Becks (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing or using a Theme, you agree to the following terms.

1. Licensing

  • Each Theme is sold under a single-use license, unless otherwise stated. This means one license = one project, website, or client.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Theme in whole or in part, whether for free or for profit.
  • You may not claim intellectual property rights over the Theme, modified or unmodified.
  • Extended or multi-use licenses (if offered) must be purchased for multiple projects or client use.

2. Usage Rules

  • You may customize and modify the Theme to fit your personal or business needs.
  • You may use the Theme for personal or commercial projects within the scope of the license purchased.
  • You may not use the Theme in a way that infringes upon copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
  • Unauthorized distribution (free or paid) is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Support

  • We provide basic support for [X days/months] after the purchase date.
  • Support includes assistance with installation, bug fixes, and clarification of features.
  • Support does not include:
    • Customization requests beyond the original design.
    • Third-party plugin or software conflicts.
    • General coding, design, or training services.
  • Updates to Themes (if offered) are made available to active license holders.

4. Refunds

  • Since Themes are digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided.
  • Exceptions are only made if the product is proven to be defective and cannot be fixed.

5. Liability

  • Themes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Any damages, losses, or costs arising from the use or inability to use a Theme.
    • Issues caused by third-party integrations, hosting environments, or improper installations.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the Theme.

6. Intellectual Property

All Themes remain the intellectual property of [Your Business/Website Name]. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the Theme under these policies, but does not transfer ownership.

7. Changes to Policies

We reserve the right to update these Theme Policies at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
